Violet Mae Williamson

Violet Mae Williamson 83, died October 19, 2026 at Villa Marie in Mulvane, Kansas.  She was born April 17, 1943 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas to Frank and Jennie (Arman) Oxier.

On November 18, 1985 she Married Theodore "Ted" Williamson in Fayetteville, Arkansas and he preceded her in death on January 16, 2022.

Violet was very artistic and enjoyed making various kinds of jewelry through years. Her family was important to her and she looked forward to family gatherings and spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids who she adored. Violet let those who she loved and liked know it with a special gesture (if you know you know). She leaves many fond memories of the lives she touched.

Violet is survived by her sons: Bill (Tyler),  Robert (Kathy) and Mike (Rose) Hurst; daughters Angalea (Justin)  Hensley and Brenda 10 grandkids, 15 great grandkids and 2 great great grandkids and she was excitedly expecting another great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband, son David, grandson Tyler Hommertzheim and her parents
