Shirley M Stubbs

Newton, Ks – Shirley Maureen Stubbs – 81- passed away October 09, 2017 at Asbury Park in Newton. She was born August 10, 1936 in Minneapolis, Ks the daughter of Johnnie & Lela (Ocher) Goodall.

Shirley worked as a custodian in the Newton school district USD 373 until her retirement. Shirley married Robert M. Stubbs in 1957 in Newton he precedes her in death.

She is survived by a son Kevin Stubbs; a daughter Cindy Smith; 2 brothers Johnnie D. Goodall and Michael Goodall; a sister Carol Swem; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

She is also preceded in death by her parents and a son Steven J. McKinnie.
