Samantha was born on March 5, 1989 in Kansas City, Missouri. She passed away on May 25, 2019 in her home in Wichita, Kansas. She was a 2007 graduate of Newton High School and a 2014 graduate from Heritage College receiving a degree in Nursing

Samantha leaves a daughter:  Lilith Moore; parents: George and Penny Moore; siblings: Michelle Esau (Brandon) and George Moore III (Kari).

Other family members are uncles: Kenny Moore (Patty), Steven Moore (Lisa) of Kansas City, John Moore (Phyllis) of Eureka, Kansas; aunts: Debra Smith (Mike) of Kansas City, and Diana House (Andy) of Fresno, California; nephews: Alexander Esau, Christian Moore; four nieces: RyAnne Esau, MaKayla Esau, Brooklynn Moore, Roselynn Moore and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her birth mother: Candice L. Fisher; grandparents: George and Dorothy Moore and Wilima Gregory; and her best

friend/cousin: Dustin (Dusty) Moore.
