Soccer was far more than a sport to Osby—it was one of the greatest passions of his life. He began playing recreational soccer at just five years old and quickly developed a love for the game. As his skills grew, he spent most of his youth playing for Newton FC and Atlas FC before continuing his soccer career at Newton High School. While pursuing his education to become an electrician, Osby worked at Kansas Electric. Outside of work and school, Osby enjoyed playing PS5 with his friends, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with the people he loved most. He also had a special love for animals. His beloved cats, Lola and Ariana, were part of his family, and he loved spoiling them with new toys and spending time playing with them. He also enjoyed caring for his fish and took great pride in making sure they were healthy and well cared for. Osby was an incredible uncle to his three niece and nephews, Maverick Chase, Jonathan Chase, and Piper Chase, who brought him endless joy. His nephews called him “Us Man,” a nickname that always brought a smile to his face and reflected the special bond they shared. He treasured every moment spent with them, whether they were playing, laughing, or simply being together. His playful spirit, kindness, and unconditional love made him someone they admired and cherished, and the memories they created together will be treasured forever. Those who knew Osby will remember him for his generous heart, selfless spirit, and the way he always put others before himself. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand or offer support to anyone in need. Above all, His love for his family was unwavering, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.
