Monica Ann (Jackson) Martin, age 53, of Newton, Kansas, passed away on December 20, 2025.
Monica was born on March 24, 1972 in Buncombe County, North Carolina, to John Thomas and Judith Ann (Morris) Jackson.
Monica led a dedicated career as a nurse, and was a devoted mother to her children. Even when life seemed hard, she never lost her shine and caring spirit.
A private service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society, and left in the care of Petersen Funeral Home, 215 N. Main St., Newton, Kansas.
