Kevin D. Meadows

Kevin Dee Meadows, 57, passed away on December 10, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on March 4, 1967 in Burlington, CO, to Robert Meadows and Charlene (Wilhelm) Wagner. He grew up in the Mulvane area and had many ties to the Emporia and Topeka area. For the last 8 years he lived in Peabody. 

Kevin attended VoTech of Emporia, earning his technical certification in welding. 

During his career as a game agent for Tip Top, Evans Midland, and Empire Carnivals, Kevin earned the nickname 'Carney'. He would later become known as 'The Tattoo Man' as he grew into his role as tattoo artist. Other may have known him from his time as a mobil home tech and cook.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Charlene (Wilhelm) Wagner; partner of 18 years, Draxa Langley; daughter, Payge Meadows; son, Storm Meadows; brothers, Kyle Wagner and Shannon Meadows; and sisters, Gina Sester and Wendy Sester. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Meadows and biological mother, Aronca 'Rocki' Meadows.
