Kenton Hartman

Kenton Dale Hartman February 16, 1956 – January 8, 2025 Kent was a proud graduate of Newton High School and spent many dedicated years working at Boeing. He was known for his love of Kansas City Chiefs football and could always be found cheering for his team with passion. Kent was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Hartman and Juell Hartman, brother in law Don Peterson and his cherished partner of many years, Annette Garcia. He is survived by his two sisters, Diana Peterson and Karan & Curt Baucom as well as his nieces and nephews: Titus Baucom, Emily Baucom, Casey Peterson-Wirths, Travis Peterson. His legacy also lives on through two great nephews Rhett and Raleigh who brought him immense pride. Kent's humor, and unwavering love for his family will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Per Kent’s request a private family disposition will be held at a later date.
